Refund policy
WE HAVE A 30 DAYS RETURN POLICY AND WE ACCEPT THE RETURNS ONLY IN SUCH FOLLOWING CONDITIONS.
(You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return)
- If you have received the item different than the ordered part number or not matching with the pictures given on the listing.
- If you receive the items have quality problems or damaged, please provide us the photos immediately and contact us within 24 hours after receiving item.
- If buyer purchased "item by mistake" and the item is still in a good condition(unopened with original packaging) for reselling, in this case the buyer is responsible for all related shipping costs.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- A non-refundable restocking fee of 20% will be charged for each returned order/item.
- All presumed defective or wrong items must obtain an authorization before returning. Any returned package without authorization will be refused. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
- No returns or guarantees, unless item is non-functional in relation to the description.

- Once the item has been returned, a refund will be made to the buyer minus original shipping fee to the buyer and the restocking fee, buyers are also responsible for return shipping charges.
- No returns or exchanges offered on opened packages or installed parts.
- We highly recommend professional installation for all products, installation instructions are not included in some products. Professional proof is required, if item is not fits to your vehicle.

Damages and issues
- Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Any labor costs associated with the return will not be covered by us.
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
- The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Customs Clearance
- International customers are responsible for obtaining customs clearance in their respective countries.
- If an item is returned due to customers refuses to get it cleared from Customs, Then company holds right to refuse any kind of refund.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
- Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
- We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

BUYERS MUST FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE MAKING PURCHASE FOR IMPORT CUSTOM DUTIES AND TAXES:
- Import Custom duty and taxes are not included in the item or shipping price. These charges are buyer's responsibility and payable at destination. Prior to buying please check with your countries custom office to determine what these additional costs will be.
- Custom duties and taxes are normally charged by the shipping company and payable at the time of delivery. These charges are not consider as additional shipping charges.
- Due to import custom duty & taxes, if buyer refuses to accept the shipment no returns will be accepted & no refunds will be issued.
COMBINED SHIPPING:
If you want to buy several items from our eBay store and do not want overpay for shipping - you can add necessary items to the shopping cart and send us request for the final cost. We will calculate the total shipping cost according to items weight and send you an invoice for payment.
