Shipping policy

• After we receive your payment, we will process and ship out your order within 2 business days except weekends or holidays
  
• Orders to United Kingdom will be shipped via FedEx or DHL express service. Delivery in 3 to 5 business days.
• Orders to Europe, USA & Australia will be shipped via FedEx, DHL or Skynet express service. Delivery in 3 to 6 business days.
• Customers will receive a tracking number once the order has been dispatched.
  
• Shipping can be arrange for excluded countries upon request. Please request for a quote.
• Shipping to remote areas (considered as outside delivery areas by courier companies) in any country will not be served. Therefore any orders placed from remote areas will be cancelled and refunded.
• Please contact us, if item is not delivered at your doorstep after 3 weeks. We will contact our logistics partners & resolve the issue as soon as possible.
• Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, ranging from 2 to 7 business days for domestic orders and 5 to 10 business days for international orders.

• In the rare event of a shipping delay or any issues during transit, we will strive to provide timely assistance and support to resolve the issue.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. 4x4 Experts Ltd will not be liable for any issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
